1. Non-Refundable Fees

All payments made towards any AgileSkool program, including but not limited to registration fees, booking amounts, full payments, installment payments, corporate training fees, or customized mentoring programs, are strictly non-refundable.

This applies irrespective of the reason for the refund request, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind or personal circumstances.
• Lack of time or inability to continue the program.
• Change in career plans or learning objectives.
• Non-attendance or partial attendance of live sessions.
• Failure to watch recordings or complete assignments.
• Dissatisfaction arising from expectations that were not part of the published program.
• Failure to obtain employment, promotion, salary increase, certifications, business growth, or any other personal or professional outcome.
• Technical issues, internet connectivity, software, or hardware limitations at the participant's end.
• Withdrawal from the program at any stage.
• Suspension or termination of access due to violation of the Code of Conduct or Terms & Conditions.

2. Digital Service Policy

AgileSkool delivers digital education services.

Once payment has been received and access to the program, learning platform, recordings, learning materials, community, or live sessions has been granted (or reserved), the service shall be considered delivered.

Accordingly, payments are non-returnable and non-refundable, irrespective of the extent to which the participant utilizes the program.

3. Installment Payments

Where a participant has opted for an installment plan, the installment facility is provided solely as a payment convenience.

Participants remain responsible for payment of the complete program fee.

Discontinuing attendance, pausing learning, or choosing not to complete the program does not cancel the financial commitment.

Any overdue installment may result in temporary suspension of access until outstanding dues are cleared.

4. No Cancellation or Cooling-Off Period

AgileSkool does not provide a cancellation window, cooling-off period, or trial period after enrollment confirmation or payment of the booking amount.

5. Bonus Content

Bonus sessions, templates, recordings, community access, downloadable resources, future updates, guest sessions, mentoring calls, or promotional offers are complimentary additions.

Non-utilization or discontinuation of these bonuses shall not constitute grounds for any refund or partial refund.

6. Program Updates

To ensure learners receive current and relevant content, AgileSkool reserves the right to update, revise, reorder, replace, or improve the curriculum, projects, tools, technologies, and learning materials at its discretion without prior notice.

Such updates shall not be considered a material change giving rise to cancellation or refund rights.

7. Results Disclaimer

AgileSkool provides education, mentoring, and professional guidance.

Success depends on numerous factors including the participant's effort, prior experience, consistency, communication skills, market conditions, employer requirements, and practical application.

Accordingly, AgileSkool does not guarantee:

• Employment
• Job offers
• Promotions
• Salary increases
• Business growth
• Consulting assignments
• Client acquisition
• Professional certifications
• Any specific financial or career outcome

Testimonials and learner success stories represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as guarantees of future results.

8. Corporate Programs

For corporate workshops, customized training engagements, consulting assignments, or enterprise mentoring, cancellation and refund terms shall be governed by the respective signed proposal, agreement, or Statement of Work (SOW), where applicable.

9. Exceptional Circumstances

Any exception to this policy shall be solely at the discretion of AgileSkool management and shall not create a precedent for future requests.
